Good morning, esteemed guests. You had quite an eventful weekend, didn't you? Let's see how you're able to move on now...

As you awaken on Monday, you’ll find that things are just as they were the night before. The kitchen will serve piping hot breakfast during the morning hours, the pool’s been stocked with fresh towels and the gardens are open for anyone who wishes to spend some time among nature. However, should you explore a bit, you’ll find that a few new changes have been made to the hotel itself.

Your room service menus are still on your desks if you wish to browse before leaving for the day.

The front door no longer spins endlessly, for one thing. Should you make an attempt to exit the hotel, you will find yourself entering a new location. Some of you may even find this place familiar. However, you will find that upon entering the location, the area to the north is fixed to one place.

In addition, should you enter the elevator you will find a new button appears, proudly reading 05. Pushing this button will take you to a new floor where you will also find a few new areas to peruse. Explore to your heart’s content, get to know more of the hotel, and take your time in learning more about each other.

After everything last week, you may feel like it's time to put all of your feelings back inside and bury them away. You were...affectionate? How embarrassing for you. Perhaps that's something you'd like to forget. Conveniently for you...that may happen to you this week. Throughout the week, guests will find that they will experience small instances of "loss" occurring to them. You may find yourself losing certain memories, certain skills, or even certain senses. Don't worry, they will always come back after a while! But it seems that these instances come and go without warning. Hopefully you can prepare yourself for that.

Finally, for those of you with a spare ticket in your pocket, feel free to visit the Starlight Gift Shop, stocked with new items for this week.

The excursion with Mikazuki Munechika, Aikawa [ rip ] and I seemed to mostly focus on mentioning our hostages. We arrived at a seemingly abandoned island on a ferry. There was a post office there which held packages and letters- I had assumed likely tied to the island but, Mikazuki Munechika found an interesting and quite familiar package there so. It may have had a connection to us, in some way. [ not that he recognized any items. ]

We did get our hands on some radios, which turned on started to say something, "The island is famously sought out by those seeking a higher purpose, and those who would prefer to relax in pleasure and luxury. Famously named after the lotus flower, Lotus Island calls to those who wish to fix their past and secure their future."

[ when you know every detail of a story that has like 3k+ chapters, you have a pretty good memory. though now that i've said that wouldn't it be funny if he forgot this adventure ]

"The art of regret is a time-honored tradition. You will be a part of that heritage, dear listener. Do not resist, it will be over soon. Your participation will ensure clear communication with" and proceeded to list our hostages by name.

[ sorry, he isn't saying that last detail for privacy sake. ]

It mostly involved us trying to find our way through the island, and if we would mess up- it would cost us our lives and we would restart again. We kept the memories of our time before, our deaths and the paths we took. In the end I was able to connect with my hostage and take them to safety before we were back on the ferry us three alone on our way back feeling heartbreak.

[ a pause, before he sounds to be quoting something again: ] "-sometimes it makes you incredibly sad. But at least you've faced it now."

..A lot happened during our attempts but I think our involvement of hostages and what I've mentioned is likely the most important of it.

[ he's gonna dissociate just a bit now ]

I am just saying... we should keep it in mind... we may need to practice balancing eggs on spoons...

Considering I've absolutely been a "stingy garbage can" for weeks, I don't intend to send all of them. I hope there's no one that does. [ please do not do this at least save some of your tickets. ]
