Good morning, esteemed guests. You had quite an eventful weekend, didn't you? Let's see how you're able to move on now...

As you awaken on Monday, you’ll find that things are just as they were the night before. The kitchen will serve piping hot breakfast during the morning hours, the pool’s been stocked with fresh towels and the gardens are open for anyone who wishes to spend some time among nature. However, should you explore a bit, you’ll find that a few new changes have been made to the hotel itself.

Your room service menus are still on your desks if you wish to browse before leaving for the day.

The front door no longer spins endlessly, for one thing. Should you make an attempt to exit the hotel, you will find yourself entering a new location. Some of you may even find this place familiar. However, you will find that upon entering the location, the area to the north is fixed to one place.

In addition, should you enter the elevator you will find a new button appears, proudly reading 05. Pushing this button will take you to a new floor where you will also find a few new areas to peruse. Explore to your heart’s content, get to know more of the hotel, and take your time in learning more about each other.

After everything last week, you may feel like it's time to put all of your feelings back inside and bury them away. You were...affectionate? How embarrassing for you. Perhaps that's something you'd like to forget. Conveniently for you...that may happen to you this week. Throughout the week, guests will find that they will experience small instances of "loss" occurring to them. You may find yourself losing certain memories, certain skills, or even certain senses. Don't worry, they will always come back after a while! But it seems that these instances come and go without warning. Hopefully you can prepare yourself for that.

Finally, for those of you with a spare ticket in your pocket, feel free to visit the Starlight Gift Shop, stocked with new items for this week.

[Estelle's here in a gown resembling a starry sky, and nails to match. She looks right at home in a fancy ballroom and in a fancy dress.

[here is lup! she is wearing a pretty red dress, as well as one orange earring. her hair is painstakingly pulled back into a style like this, flowers tucked away into the braids - the lower half is a brilliant red-orange.

her lipstick is bright red, her eyeliner is sharp, and she's all smiles as she wanders the ballroom, looking for victims. you will dance with her. you have no choice.]

[ i had a different dress lined up but then lup went "wear red to match me" so, anyway, cloud is wearing red.. his nails are manicured, painted black, and he has matching make up on. please don't ask how birds did this.

he's holding himself stiffly somewhere near the tables full of drinks, hands clasped in front of him as he looks down at them, wondering how he got here. (there are maybe a couple of bunnies holding him hostage.)

he grabs a drink when he spots anyone coming near him to talk, taking a swig ]

[ sebastian is here, moving his baton along with the ballroom music in perfect time.

this actually does carry over into dancing, and you will find that he is surprisingly decent at the waltz! ]

[ meanwhile, she yelps because whoo boy scary dragon is a lot more terrifying than wiggly hippo ears. ]

in the midst of the dance, he seems content to watch everyone for a long while. he smiles fondly and nods in approval.]

[in a corner of the ballroom, lepus seems to be attempting to become invisible. vulpecula, meanwhile, is not having it; they have grabbed lepus's arm and are trying to pull them out to come spend time with the guests. the two of them are bickering in the same way they end up doing every time they're at trial together.

he smiles when she approaches, and though his face flushes a little, he lets her take his hand without hesitation. ]

[ onto the dance floor! he'll take the lead if she wants, but if she wants to be in charge here he's fine with it. ]

ORION + VIRGO

[at some point after the ball has been going on for a bit, you may catch gemini pulling virgo over to orion and saying something that sounds like "keep an eye on them so they don't cause any trouble". orion and virgo can be found together after that, with virgo peering around and looking like they want to wander off somewhere while orion seems to be reluctantly performing babysitting duty.

[wander away from the noisiest parts of the ball itself, and you'll find two staff members on the ground somewhere in the castle's halls. virgo is seated with their back to the wall, and aquarius seems to be dead asleep on their lap. virgo lifts a finger to their veil about where their lips would be. shhh.

[Rin is going to watch Cloud for a very long time, trying his best not to laugh or react visibly.

But then a 'pfffffffft' of a laugh escapes him suddenly.]

GEMINI + AQUILA

[ at some point during the night, there's a squawking noise that sounds like most of a protest and the sound of someone laughing - passerby might see aquila pulling gemini free of their patrol roaming and dragging them straight onto the dance floor, much to their chagrin.
