Good morning, esteemed guests. You had quite an eventful weekend, didn't you? Let's see how you're able to move on now...

As you awaken on Monday, you’ll find that things are just as they were the night before. The kitchen will serve piping hot breakfast during the morning hours, the pool’s been stocked with fresh towels and the gardens are open for anyone who wishes to spend some time among nature. However, should you explore a bit, you’ll find that a few new changes have been made to the hotel itself.

Your room service menus are still on your desks if you wish to browse before leaving for the day.

The front door no longer spins endlessly, for one thing. Should you make an attempt to exit the hotel, you will find yourself entering a new location. Some of you may even find this place familiar. However, you will find that upon entering the location, the area to the north is fixed to one place.

In addition, should you enter the elevator you will find a new button appears, proudly reading 05. Pushing this button will take you to a new floor where you will also find a few new areas to peruse. Explore to your heart’s content, get to know more of the hotel, and take your time in learning more about each other.

After everything last week, you may feel like it's time to put all of your feelings back inside and bury them away. You were...affectionate? How embarrassing for you. Perhaps that's something you'd like to forget. Conveniently for you...that may happen to you this week. Throughout the week, guests will find that they will experience small instances of "loss" occurring to them. You may find yourself losing certain memories, certain skills, or even certain senses. Don't worry, they will always come back after a while! But it seems that these instances come and go without warning. Hopefully you can prepare yourself for that.

Finally, for those of you with a spare ticket in your pocket, feel free to visit the Starlight Gift Shop, stocked with new items for this week.

[did you enjoy getting locked in last night? at least you were probably used to it. well, you should have been, since it happened last week. anyway, at least it's over now, as the rooms unlock once more and you're free to go, especially since absolutely nothing happened during the night.

anyway, as you exit or make a move to, you'll find something strange happening. your feet move on their own, guiding you to a specific location.

once you stop, you and one other person are standing at the courtyard.

[Nothing immediately stands out! Just lots of shadows, obscuring their vision of some areas.

But as they take a closer look, they may notice drag marks on the ground, leading into the garden.]

Another Friday that has issued its invitation, and we have accepted.

[but mikazuki will look at the drag marks and walk alongside it before heading further into the garden. how big are the drag marks... are they... body-sized....]

[Is there anything beside the drag marks, or are there just the marks?]

[The drag marks look like they could... be body-sized... Bradley does not see of anything note beside them, although that is not necessarily something he needs to read into.

The marks lead to a patch of flowers, some of which look a little smushed or trampled. Mikazuki and Bradley might have to go further into the patch.]

'And we have been coerced to be here' has a different ring to it.

but wow.... flowers..... what kind of flowers are they. mikazuki at least knows that bradley will normally avoid flowers so after looking at the bunch, he'll try to carefully tread further into the patch without crushing too many more...]

Ain't it more accurate.

[He is not going to the flowers unless Mikazuki needs help. His sleeve is held up against his nose. Pollen can't hurt him now, but two years of sneezing having weird after effects means he will not approach.]

Anyway, as Mikazuki gets closer: he will see, hidden amidst the flowers, a splash of red. Meanwhile, Bradley is doing his best (?).]

anyway is... is it blood? or is it a redhead or someone who wears red. i don't trust.]

[The red... is hair! Attached to a head. Which is attached to a body. In theory, this body could just be sleeping here, among the flowers, but that's probably not the case. There's nothing noticeable like a weapon sticking out of them or anything, but they're not breathing, so.

Anyway, I really could make you all live in fear of which redhead is dead here, but Mikazuki will quickly recognize this one.

Sylvain Jose Gautier is dead.

Before they can do anything else, though, shadows erupt from the ground, swallowing him up and leaving nothing behind.

They'll have another moment or two to react to this tragic turn of events, before the shadows spread and engulf them as well, causing them to black out. When they awaken, the shadows have receded, and all appears normal in the courtyard again.]
