WEEK FIVE: MINGLE

W̴͍̎E̴̝̊E̸͚͝K̸͕̿ FIVE: MINGLE
(24 ḡ̴̻u̷͌͜ê̴̯s̶̢͑t̵̻͝s̴̡̐ ̴c̴h̴e̶c̴k̷e̶d̸ ̶i̴n̴)
Good morning, esteemed guests. You had quite an eventful weekend, didn't you? Let's see how you're able to move on now...
As you awaken on Monday, you’ll find that things are just as they were the night before. The kitchen will serve piping hot breakfast during the morning hours, the pool’s been stocked with fresh towels and the gardens are open for anyone who wishes to spend some time among nature. However, should you explore a bit, you’ll find that a few new changes have been made to the hotel itself.
Your room service menus are still on your desks if you wish to browse before leaving for the day.
The front door no longer spins endlessly, for one thing. Should you make an attempt to exit the hotel, you will find yourself entering a new location. Some of you may even find this place familiar. However, you will find that upon entering the location, the area to the north is fixed to one place.
In addition, should you enter the elevator you will find a new button appears, proudly reading 05. Pushing this button will take you to a new floor where you will also find a few new areas to peruse. Explore to your heart’s content, get to know more of the hotel, and take your time in learning more about each other.
After everything last week, you may feel like it's time to put all of your feelings back inside and bury them away. You were...affectionate? How embarrassing for you. Perhaps that's something you'd like to forget. Conveniently for you...that may happen to you this week. Throughout the week, guests will find that they will experience small instances of "loss" occurring to them. You may find yourself losing certain memories, certain skills, or even certain senses. Don't worry, they will always come back after a while! But it seems that these instances come and go without warning. Hopefully you can prepare yourself for that.
Finally, for those of you with a spare ticket in your pocket, feel free to visit the Starlight Gift Shop, stocked with new items for this week.

[Rin has ended up at the graveyard- Kazunari's grave specifically, actually- and he's staring at the dirt covering the ground. He grimaces a bit as he rubs at his arm, like he's trying to debate if something is a good idea or not. But whatever he was thinking about, he shakes his head to himself and then moves to sit on Kazunari's headstone.
He sits there silently for a few moments, staring down at the dirt. Then he looks up at the night sky.]
Hey, uh. Just wanted to tell you that I'm doing what you asked me to. ...I'm trying to do what you asked me to. It's complicated.
...I miss you.
[A pause, and a sigh.]
This is stupid. And it's probably not gonna work anyway.

[At some point, Rin can be found around the hotel at various places, carrying an armful of bedsheets. He also seems to have stopped whatever he is doing and is staring down at the bedsheets in his arms in confusion.
If you're close enough, you can hear him mutter something to himself:]
What were these for again?
[Hm. Interesting.]

[Should you go down to the lobby at some point, you will see that someone has pushed several of the chairs together and has laid sheets over the top. The chairs are arranged in such a way that there is a bit of space in the middle of them all, but because of how they are arranged there is only one way in and out of the chair-blanket-fort. That opening has a towel hanging across it like it's a door, and right next to it is a bit of hotel stationary that says "INFORMAYSHON TRADE" in big, blocky letters.
Should you get close to inspect or read the sign, the towel lowers slightly and a pair of eyes peek out at you.]
You're late for the meeting. Did you bring the stuff?
[He sounds like he's trying to be serious. Maybe.]

and then tanhua marches forward to barge into the fort while hua cheng just stands there and watches. ]
no subject
Yes, he had talked to Tanhua like the daemon would listen in the first place. Who could have forseen this result?]
Tanhua, no!
[There goes his towel-door.]
no subject
Oops. [ hua cheng has no sympathy actually. ]
no subject
There's actually not much inside the fort. Some snacks, Rin's pad of paper and pencil, a couple pillows. But it's big enough for maybe 3 people to fit in if they sit down. Rin being knocked over means his feet now stick out the door.]
You did this on purpose!

[ tanhua fox cackles, all nine tails flicking merrily, and invades the fort. he's going to stick his nose into an open snack bag, if possible, not giving the fort its due seriousness. ]
no subject
Then at least help me- that's not fox food, no!
[Rin is trying to scramble over to Tanhua now to grab him and pull him away from the bag of chips.]

Rin-kun? What are you doing?
no subject
Marie, hi! I didn't know you were here!
no subject
That much was obvious, but is that you said won't work?
1
[hi.]
no subject
Oh, uh- Just, you know, talking to graves. It's not like the people can really hear what you're saying, you know?
[But he's still here doing it.]

[He was dead somewhere else, not in a murdergame.]
When Kazu comes back I'll have to ask if he heard me.
no subject
[She stands before the gravestone and clasps her hands. This might look weird since Rin's sitting on it? It's fine.]
I miss you too, Kazunari! I still treasure that photograph we took together. I'm doing my best, and I know that you are, too!
