Rise and shine; you know how Saturdays go. Even if you'd rather sleep in, you'll find yourself waking up and getting out of bed. Once you're out of your room, a door appears down the hallway, compelling you to walk towards it. Upon entering, you'll discover a room that's familiar if you've gone exploring this week or possibly from even before then:

EMPORIUM (THE REALM)
The exterior of the building is welcoming, with windows lined with various eye-catching trinkets, ranging from stuffed animals to t-shirts. After stepping inside, the very first thing that will greet guests is a statue made out of L*gos. Yes, the black bar is somehow there.

The interior is filled with row upon row of shelves filled with different items. There is a collection of stuffed animals, ranging in size from small enough to hide in your pocket to some as big as a toddler. There's a wide range of other toys as well, like dolls, L*gos, puzzles, and more. Different display cases show off pins, lanyards, keychains, sunglasses, jewelry, and other accessories. Participants may even find one of those keychains with their name on it...?

If you consider it a typical souvenir item, it's here. Cups, shot glasses, pens, t-shirts, hats... Everything is stacked neatly, proudly displaying the silhouette of a castle. There are also now items featuring tigers, rabbits, goats, swans, wolves, and foxes. However, there is no one at the cash register, so it seems like participants can't purchase anything.

There are a few tables in here behind room dividers. One is labeled 'Evidence' while the rest are covered in white sheets. Elsewhere in the room is a table with pencils and slips of paper for voting.

Welcome to your sixth trial! Over the course of the next nine hours, characters will have the opportunity to discuss, investigate and theorize about the murders. Characters will have time to examine the body of the victim and explore relevant locations.

There will be a mod-tag break between 4pm EST to 5pm EST. While the trial may continue and players can tag each other, mod-led threads such as questions and investigations will be on hold.

Finally, we have a voting page for characters to vote on the culprit! Please be sure that your vote is in by the time trial finishes 9pm EST. Voting is mandatory in this game.

[harrow takes a look around the courtyard side of the gates before heading in. and then she will head over to the disturbed earth.]

Not again. You are digging.

Ah, very well. Can you afford us a shovel, Virgo?

[ otherwise he's just gonna have to dig with his hands. ]

[virgo, meanwhile, sighs and goes to fetch a shovel from somewhere in the cemetery. the first two times they try to grab it, their hand passes through it, and they make a noise of frustration before finally grabbing ahold of it.

then they bring it back to dimitri and it passes through their hand despite their grip as they're trying to hand it over.

they mutter something - maybe some curse words? - under their breath.]

...call for me when you've finished up here. I need to rest.

[and then they just wander off to some distant part of the graveyard.]

[she sort of stares at them and then turns back to dimitri.]

Putting aside that incredible display of strength. Would you mind?

...No, it is fine.

[ dimitri really expected them to summon a spade or something, not struggle with this basic task he could've done himself. he shoots virgo a somewhat troubled look before getting to it. away he digs. ]

[he digs!

and digs, and digs... up comes a lot of dirt, but he'll also find a few things within it:

some shredded pieces of fabric.

a pair of shoes.

a pair of gloves.

they're all covered in cemetery dirt, so they won't be able to examine them in detail here.]

[cool. she'll stick around to watch this task and then explore more. she'll look at the flowers at the unmarked grave - were those always there? and she will head over to the mausoleums. is anything unusual in that area?]

[ neat. he'll just put that all aside for them in a disgusting dirt pile to take back.

he'll check out the graves while harrow does that, bringing the shovel along. anything strange on the tombstones, or in the dirt plots themselves? or around them in general? ]

[the flowers were not always there at the unmarked grave, no. and now that she's gotten closer to it, she can see that the grave already seems to have been dug up! it's a shallow grave, and there's a faint impression of the vague shape of a body within it.

the tombstones themselves look normal enough. aside from the dug-up shallow grave, it's a very tidy graveyard.

the area near the mausoleums seems peaceful enough. there isn't any disturbed earth out here, at any rate.]

[haha! what! she'll look at these flowers. are these flowers significant or are they just flowers.]

...Dimitri. Something else to dig, here.

[but she will start digging a bit with her hands?]

[ why are there so many flowers today.

he'll come over and help dig, but is there anything actually left in the shallow grave? what exactly are they looking at here, and is there anything else around? ]

[they're just flowers! uhhhh white flowers i guess. there is nothing else of note about them and probably could not be identified at the trial don't overthink it.

harrow digs a bit with her hands and dimitri comes over to help - and in so doing, the earth in the grave is disturbed, and the faint body-shaped impression in the dirt is partially erased.]

[ugh. i hate this. okay, with the body shape impression thats left can she get a sense of the size of it?]

while harrow is looking at the hole, he'll check if there was anything left along the other graves, or if there's any upturned earth there. he'll check carefully, stepping through each plot. ]

[harrow can clearly see that whatever body once lay here, it was larger than hers!

along the other graves he will just find the same flowers that were laid on the unmarked grave (please don't ask me what they are, because i don't know) but no other upturned earth.]

[she's going to get her sword out and measure with it. it's about four and a half feet long, so if she measures, how many swords tall and wide is it?]

[ he'll add some of the flowers to their evidence pile even if our poor mods hate flowers.

anyway, he'll check the unmarked gravestone. are there any chips or marks, etc? there's no text written on there at all? is there anything leading up to it? ]

[i see that harrow is able to discern that the culprit is taller than 4.5 feet and shorter than 9 feet, so emet selch is clear of this crime.]

Dimitri, lie next to it. For some reason I'm having trouble measuring with this sword and suspect that this may work better.

OKAY? he lies down next to an empty grave. he's very stiff and awkward about it because this is a weird thing to be doing. can they measure off how tall he is? ]

[they can see that whatever body once lay in there was probably a little shorter than dimitri]

no jk she will do her best to take down more precise measurements using her sword to measure but i'm leaving the grave mind palace.

...if they dig it up, will they find anything?]

[ dimitri is just here to be manual labor and i guess will help dig wherever harrow indicates. but there's also trees in the cemetery, right? he'll check those and see if there's anything in the branches, and also just the grass in general. ]

[comparing like that she will get the sense that if dimitri and the body that once lay in this grave stood toe to toe the top of the grave body's head would come to a little bit above dimitri's ears but below the top of dimitri's head.

digging, they find nothing but more dirt. there is also nothing in the tree branches or in the grass in the cemetery.]
