W̴͍̎E̴̝̊E̸͚͝K̸͕̿ SIX: TRIAL

Rise and shine; you know how Saturdays go. Even if you'd rather sleep in, you'll find yourself waking up and getting out of bed. Once you're out of your room, a door appears down the hallway, compelling you to walk towards it. Upon entering, you'll discover a room that's familiar if you've gone exploring this week or possibly from even before then:

MAIN MEETING HALL (VILLAGE)
Should anyone venture inside, they'll find a number of long benches set up against the walls. At the head of the building are two chairs, a sun and a moon carved into the back of each. The area in the center is wide open, allowing plenty of space to move around and while decor is lacking, hanging from the walls are several blank scrolls. There's also a large (blank) scroll above the two chairs in the back.

There are a few tables in here behind room dividers. One is labeled 'Evidence' while the rest are covered in white sheets. Elsewhere in the room is a table with pencils and slips of paper for voting.

Welcome to your seventh trial! Over the course of the next nine hours, characters will have the opportunity to discuss, investigate and theorize about the murders. Characters will have time to examine the body of the victim and explore relevant locations.

There will be a mod-tag break between 4pm EST to 5pm EST. While the trial may continue and players can tag each other, mod-led threads such as questions and investigations will be on hold.

Finally, we have a voting page for characters to vote on the culprit! Please be sure that your vote is in by the time trial finishes 9pm EST. Voting is mandatory in this game.

[ so the torso wound is not healed over? is there blood? also, what part of the torso exactly? front? the side? does it look like it could be a type of blade wound since he'd at least recognize that even if he can't get more specific. is the would like something was stabbed into her or is it like a slash type of deal.

he will also do the same look over on her right side that he just side for the left. ]

[there is a torso wound that is not healed over, correct. it's maybe a little bloody, but as he takes a closer look, it looks like it's in the front and...the wound is actually comprised of a few puncture marks. they're slightly bloody, more stab than slash-like.

her right side is okay.]

how big are the puncture marks? if he measures them against his fingers, is there any they are closer to in size or are they even smaller than that? how many is a few?

he is going to take her jeans off (sorry) and look to see if there is anything that stands out obviously from the front here after. ]

[they're not terribly big. they're smaller than the tips of his fingers and there's about three of them.

taking off her jeans, he will see there are some bruises around her thighs and her knees.]

what size are the bruises? is there any sort of pattern to them? do they look like older bruises or that they are fresh ones? if he looks down the rest of her legs is there any other marks on them or just that?

he will also take off her shoes if she is wearing them?? also socks if she is??? if there are shoes, is there anything that stands out from them? bloody soles? dirt? he will also look at her feet to make sure they are okay and uninjured and that she has them. ]

[varying sizes! there isn't really a pattern, but they do appear to be fresher bruises. there's nothing else that sticks out about her leggies, and she's wearing sneakers. there's nothing that appears to stand out about them or her socks, and her feet also are uninjured. she does have both feet. the day one of you cuts off someone's foot is the day i delete the entire comm.]

he is going to flip this bad bitch over!!!! gently. what immediately stands out from this side. he will check that area out first. ]

[THERE SHE GO

when tsurumaru flips marie's body over, the first and most immediate thing he notices is another group of puncture-like wounds. these are bloodier than the front, and they are on her left shoulder. looking at it, the wounds are a little long, dragged down to below her shoulder and angled toward her spine.]

[ can he measure how much they are spaced out from each other with his fingers? also, do they actually reach her spine or do they stop short? do they look like they might be deep or is that impossible to tell by just looking? ]

[he can't really get a sense of how spaced out they are, but he can see generally they're kind of evenly spaced. so like. he can't gauge how many inches apart or anything. they don't reach her spine, stopping short and kind of torn into her skin. they're somewhat deep and bloody, given this is where a majority of the blood on her left side seems to have come from.]

are they the same size as the other ones? so, very small?

he will check the rest of her back though, for any other markings or injuries that may be there. he will start from her shoulders and will move all the way down to her legs, but he will pause to give a closer examination if he spots anything while doing this. ]

[this is a little harder to gauge since they're kind of more gouged then the front wounds, but yes, they are smaller than his fingies.

but as he checks the rest of her back, nothing stands out. this looks like the only major mark in this area.]

is there any discoloration with these wounds? or is it just blood hole?

also i don't remember if i said he looked at the back of her head when he was checking so he will look at the back of her head now. anything here.

if there's a nothing there, he will move onto her hand that is still there! is there anything funky with the ribbon that's tied to it? how is her hand positioned? he will also check her fingernails if there's anything crusty in them. ]

[it is simply just blood hole.....

the back of her head seems alright. no bumps or blood or bruising. as for her remaining hand, it is normal. the hand isn't positioned in any particular way other than having the ribbon tied around it. her nails are also clean. however, since he's looking under her nails and checking, he may get a faint scent of something from her hand.]

[ he is going to sniff the hand

he's also going to untie the ribbon to see if there is anything under there while doing this. he'll check the ribbon itself too, and if there's nothing, he'll retie it back onto her wrist.

also, is there any specific place the faint smell is coming from? is it just the nail area? the whole hand? ]

[the ribbon is fine! somehow the ribbon is not bloody, it is just hanging out and doing its best. the right hand also appears to be okay. the scent seems to be coming from the hand in general.

tsuru may or may not recognize it as the very faint scent of gunpowder.]

[ well someone else is on checking the gun duty he is not even going to make any fuckin attempt on that thing

i can't think of what else to check. the back of the neck i guess but other than that i think i'm done. ]

[you did your best. but yes there's nothing on the back of the neck! maybe that same bit of swelling because of the fact it's broken, but nothing else sticks out.]

her clothes. is there anything on them. there's the blood from her shoulder wound, but if he examines them, is there anything else?

he'll also look through her jeans pockets. ]

[NO YOU LEFT ALREADY BYE!!!

just kidding. other than the blood on her left side, her clothes look reasonably clean. however, when tsuru looks through her pockets of her jeans he'll find a few white flower petals in the right side pocket.]

[ this is fucking weird to have in your pocket but okay.

i'm done for real now bye ]
