WEEK ZERO: MINGLE

W̴͍̎E̴̝̊E̸͚͝K̸͕̿ ZERO: MINGLE
(35 ḡ̴̻u̷͌͜ê̴̯s̶̢͑t̵̻͝s̴̡̐ ̴c̴h̴e̶c̴k̷e̶d̸ ̶i̴n̴)
Good morning, esteemed guests. Did you sleep well? We hope you found your accommodations suitable. It did take some time to get your rooms ready, after all.
As you awaken on Monday, you’ll find that things are just as they were the night before. The kitchen will serve piping hot breakfast during the morning hours, the pool’s been stocked with fresh towels and the gardens are open for anyone who wishes to spend some time among nature. However, should you explore a bit, you’ll find that a few new changes have been made to the hotel itself.
The front door no longer spins endlessly, for one thing. Should you make an attempt to exit the hotel, you will find yourself entering a new location. Some of you may even find this place familiar.
In addition, should you enter the elevator you will find a new button appears, proudly reading 00. Pushing this button will take you to a new floor where you will also find a few new areas to peruse. Explore to your heart’s content, get to know more of the hotel, and take your time in learning more about each other.
…speaking of…you may find yourself learning more about some people than others. For the duration of this week, you will find yourself with a connection to your suitemate that cannot be severed. You will be able to feel certain pains and emotions that they feel throughout the week. Nothing brutal, mostly those pesky, annoying feelings you don’t want to share with people. Are you feeling a little embarrassed someone complimented you? Your partner will feel this embarrassment. Got a nasty little papercut from misbehaving? Your partner will feel that, too. And if you don't have a suitemate? Don't worry. You'll find yourself attached to the suitemates right next door to you. Try not to drive each other too insane, hm?
Oh, and we would like to mention…housekeeping came by and has provided everyone with one (1) travel-sized toothbrush and toothpaste. Clean your mouths, stinky guests.

Thank you
.
I will take care to remember this. [ his favorite letter. ]
I wanted to ask if there is anything terrribly tabboo that differs between sword and human culture.
While,
I take care of my own blades i do not speak to them and I would hate to offend either of you by accident.
Yours in sincere correspondence, Dimitri

I am pleased to receive your letter, thank you for your question.
Do not break your swords.
Take care not to steal another's swords, though using a companion's sword with permission or in their memory is a lovely exception.
As long as you provide sincere care and concern for your blades, we likely will not grow offended.
Even I know that one day all must break, but I hope that you might at least acknowledge your blade's sacrifice should one day must you part.
That would be enough for this old moon.

I am pleased to see that these align with human etiquette.
In Faerghus,
we are often acquainted with blades before even pen and paper.
I am quite fond of maintaininb them,
even if my strength maks it nearly impossible sometimes.
All the same I will take your words to heart and I have been raised with an appreciation for fine smithing.
Do you likewise have an eye for fine masters?
Penned by your humble friend,

If none else, I hope you are able to remember this: your blades thank you for your care.
Even if you must be careful or refrain from touching them, it is your emotions that reach their metal far more than any words you may or may not say.
Swords do not possess the chance to choose their own master, so it is hard to say if I have an eye for them.
I have sat at the hip and in the treasuries of many powerful people throughout our history - and I have cared for them all.
Though I have heard of swords who belonged to courageous samurai, far from the courts of nobility, and they hold love all the same.
So I suppose you could say instead I possess an eye for humanity - for I consider it my honor to behold each of you.
Signed,
Mikazuki Munechika
