Good morning, esteemed guests. You had quite an eventful weekend, didn't you? Let's see how you're able to move on now...

As you awaken on Monday, you’ll find that things are just as they were the night before. The kitchen will serve piping hot breakfast during the morning hours, the pool’s been stocked with fresh towels and the gardens are open for anyone who wishes to spend some time among nature. However, should you explore a bit, you’ll find that a few new changes have been made to the hotel itself.

Your room service menus are still on your desks if you wish to browse before leaving for the day.

The front door no longer spins endlessly, for one thing. Should you make an attempt to exit the hotel, you will find yourself entering a new location. Some of you may even find this place familiar. However, you will find that upon entering the location, the area to the north is fixed to one place.

In addition, should you enter the elevator you will find a new button appears, proudly reading 05. Pushing this button will take you to a new floor where you will also find a few new areas to peruse. Explore to your heart’s content, get to know more of the hotel, and take your time in learning more about each other.

After everything last week, you may feel like it's time to put all of your feelings back inside and bury them away. You were...affectionate? How embarrassing for you. Perhaps that's something you'd like to forget. Conveniently for you...that may happen to you this week. Throughout the week, guests will find that they will experience small instances of "loss" occurring to them. You may find yourself losing certain memories, certain skills, or even certain senses. Don't worry, they will always come back after a while! But it seems that these instances come and go without warning. Hopefully you can prepare yourself for that.

Finally, for those of you with a spare ticket in your pocket, feel free to visit the Starlight Gift Shop, stocked with new items for this week.

[vulpecula is here! they're in their usual uniform, except this time they've added a... wooden bow tie? it's fine. they're standing by the wall watching you all have fun, as a chaperone is wont to do, but occasionally if you're nearby you might catch them humming along with whatever music is playing at the time. when they see you approach, they greet you with a nod.]

I highly doubt Lepus wants "one on one time somewhere secluded" with anyone.

If it's to satisfy a request from a guest, I think I can just say I'm chaperoning from the dance floor.

[they offer lup their hand!]

[she takes the hand!] We shall. Maybe we can even drink after. Make a real night of it.

What can I say? It's a skill that comes in handy.

[they lead lup out to the dance floor!]

I certainly wouldn't say no to a drink or two!

Hell yeah.

[she follows easily enough! and lup is a leader so she absolutely and without hesitation just immediately starts to lead vulpecula in a dance. it's has no specific form to it, she's just boogieing.]

[they seem surprised, because - they were going to try to lead lup! they are not prepared to be a follower, help. they take a moment to watch what she's doing before following along.

[ tanhua leads the way over, offering a raspy yip back to the nod.

hua cheng reaches out and taps on the wood of the bow tie, help, this is cute and silly. ]

Less ghosts at this compared to the last ball I went to, but it doesn't put a damper on the mood. Are you?

[vulpecula reaches down to give tanhua a few scritches between the ears. something about what hua cheng says seems to amuse them, because they chuckle a little before they answer.]

It's nice to have an excuse to do something like this, ghosts or no ghosts.

Standing isn't an issue.

I’m in dire need of a dance, and have no partner available. Surely it must fall to the gracious staff of this establishment to accommodate my wishes?
