WEEK ONE: MINGLE

W̴͍̎E̴̝̊E̸͚͝K̸͕̿ ONE: MINGLE
(33 ḡ̴̻u̷͌͜ê̴̯s̶̢͑t̵̻͝s̴̡̐ ̴c̴h̴e̶c̴k̷e̶d̸ ̶i̴n̴)
Good morning, esteemed guests. What a terrible day to be awake. Or perhaps it's not quite as terrible. The events of the day before were a bit extreme, but we hope you've had time to rest, regroup and refuel.
As you awaken on Monday, you’ll find that things are just as they were the night before. The kitchen will serve piping hot breakfast during the morning hours, the pool’s been stocked with fresh towels and the gardens are open for anyone who wishes to spend some time among nature. However, should you explore a bit, you’ll find that a few new changes have been made to the hotel itself.
Before you even leave your room, you will find two new items have been placed on your desk. Be sure to peruse the room service menus before you start your day!
The front door no longer spins endlessly, for one thing. Should you make an attempt to exit the hotel, you will find yourself entering a new location. Some of you may even find this place familiar.
In addition, should you enter the elevator you will find a new button appears, proudly reading 01. Pushing this button will take you to a new floor where you will also find a few new areas to peruse. Explore to your heart’s content, get to know more of the hotel, and take your time in learning more about each other.
There are several things that one may keep close to the chest. Secrets, thoughts, and most importantly emotions. In a situation such as this where the stakes are high and the questions are piling up, you may find yourself trying to conceal everything and hold back your feelings. However, that isn't the Starlight way. This week, you will find yourself a bit uncomfortable, almost as if there's something deeply lodged in your chest. Drinking doesn't help, and clearing your throat hardly works either. Before you know it, you find yourself coughing up a handful of flowers. The type of flowers may vary but they come in different shades, all representing your hidden feelings. Inconvenient, isn't it? You may wish to carry a bag around this week to collect your stray emotions before someone slips.
Finally, for those of you with a spare ticket in your pocket, feel free to visit the Starlight Gift Shop, stocked with new items for this week.

Anyway he's frowning down at a messy ass floor, or more accurately, at something that is carved into it. ]
Why is there 'binch' in the floor.

looks at binch. ]
Ah, what would Power say if she knew this was here...

Sorry, she was someone in the round I was in. But, uh, "binch" was a word that kept being used in our trials.
It was found written at a number of investigation sites...

[ glancing over at Kaeya proper now to register his getup. ]
...you don't mind the outfit?

They were for varying motives, funnily enough. I think ultimately it served to just waste time.
[ at the remark he grins. ]
No. In fact, I think it could be a lot worse. At least these are comfortable.
[ swish swish ]

And now it's wasting our time asking us to clean up a carving.
Comfortable for you, maybe. [ Bucky can hardly move in his outfit. ]
no subject
Mmm, I do think that's a lost cause.
[ shaking his head a little before he looks at bucky again and. okay maybe. just a little... little smile. ]
It's flattering, but yes. It does look like you're uncomfortable. Maybe if we find another room to clean they'll release you from your skin tight maid prison.

... They expect us to clean up a carving?
[ Joonghyuk is more frustrated with that. ]

Maybe we just cover it up?
no subject
[ But what can they do, I guess. ]
But I don't want to see this word again.

[ she's half expecting him to hulk out the second he tries to do legitimately any sort of cleaning maneuver. ]
Though I'm not sure we can buff that mark out...
no subject
It's nothing we can do anything about anyway. We're better off leaving it. Let whoever carved it there in the first place deal with the consequences.
no subject
Though, in that case.......
[ she starts looking around for a rug she can tug over the mark. nailed it ]

[ nothing would change but at least she'd attempt something more than halfhearted sweeping ]
Can't they just snap their finger and buff it out themselves anyway??
